What A Life

Posted: November 24, 2013 by Hannah Stewart in Uncategorized

“I’m not dead yet!”

Yet is the keyword there, folks. The last two months have worn me down to nearly nothing. Between an insane school load, multiple performances (as Malvolio, Valentine, and Curio from Twelfth Night and Mrs. Elvstead from Hedda Gabler), caring for my horse, learning that my mother and grandmother have breast cancer, NaNoWriMo, and work, I have been up to my neck in it all with nary a chance to stop and catch my breath.

That being said, I do have an update for you all. The last publishing house I attempted enjoyed Breaking Shadows: Bold, and would like to see more of my work in the future – however, they did not feel it was a good fit for their company at the time. Since then, I have been moving toward self publishing, as per the original plan. Right now, I am looking at a release date in mid-December. I had hoped to have it ready to go this month, but after our various family crises, I have had to move the date.

The cover art is complete, and I will be revealing it very soon – in fact, I’m even giving you a surprise sneak peek today. I may be conducting a blog tour in the near future as well, as a countdown to the release date. In the mean time, keep your eyes peeled for snippets, photos, and news right here on The Breaking Shadows Project!
