Busy, Busy, Busy; Bold Update

Posted: September 11, 2013 by Hannah Stewart in Uncategorized

Fall Semester, 2013. It has begun. And with it, all the insanity of work, school, writing, training my horse, and church events.

Life has been insane the last two weeks, between analyzing over 2,000 pages of text for my various classes, writing multiple papers, finding my lost dog, auditioning for a local production of Twelfth Night, and trying to balance writing, work, and school, I have hardly had time to breath. Coffee is no longer simply a precious fluid, but a necessity of life. However, I felt it pertinent to update you all on the progress with Bold.

Two weeks ago yesterday, I finished inputting the final edits and submitted my manuscript to the publishers. At this particular publishing house, they promise to get back to you within two weeks of submission. I followed up with them today, as I’d received no word from them – and discovered that the internet on campus chose to divert my application through a black hole in the time space continuum, never to be seen or heard from again. (Note: This is not the first time this has happened while I was connected to the wifi there. Very strange.) They had not received the submission, but bade me resend my information, which I have.

And so, that’s about it friends. The waiting game has begun again, and I will keep you informed as I receive updates myself.
